2. Mode of payment :
3. 12 and 30 months scheme can choose a plot of their own choice. (As per availability / vacancy).
4. The plots will be alloted to the members on completion of the scheme on draw basis. However, a choosing a particulars plot
for 60 months scheme members will be against the advance payment of Rs. 10,000 (for 30x40=1200Sqft.) at the time of booking.
5. Corner plot bear an extra charge of 15% of the total cost. Road plots facing Government Road bear 100% additional cost.
6. Lucy draw will be held as per the schedule of every month at 11 am. at our office premises. the Incentive winners shall continue
to pay the montly installments till the end of the scheme period.
7. The installment should be paid on or before 9th of every month. Only such members, will be entitled for the incentives.
8. Members who do not pay their monthly installments for 3 months will be deleted from the schemes as per the company rules.
9. If the area is excess or less than the unit area, the difference in the borne by the member on the company respectively.
10. the company will not be responcible for any loss caused by any act of nature or act of the state.
11. If any revenue conversion charges area implemented by the government, it will be borne by the member.
12. The registration charges including stamp duty and allied expences will be borne by the member.
13. All postal communication will be sent at the address mentioned in the application form members should the company informed of any charges in the postal address.
14. The company reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any application recived.
15. Any kind of (TDS of Income Tax) will be borne by the member.
16. All legall matters Bhubneswar Jurisdiction only.
