2. 30X40sqft.=(1200sqft) Gardan with 16 commercial trees warth membership Rs.250+Rs.52,000.

1. 30 months scheme members can choose a plot of their own choice. (as per the vacancy).
2. The plot will be allotted to the members on completion of the scheme on draw basis. How ever the facility of choosing a particular plot for 60 month scheme members will be against the advance payment of Rs.25,000(for 60x60=3600sqft)at the time of booking. The plot will be allotted to the members on the completion of the scheme on draw basis. How ever the facility of choosing a particular plot for 60 month scheme members will be against the advance payment of Rs.10,000(for 30x40=1200sqft)at the time of booking. As per the final agreement allotted plots will be registered for 21/2 yrs. and 1 yr. members after receiving full and final payment.
3. Corner plot bear an extra charge of 15% of the total charge. Road plot facing Government road bear 100%additional cost.
4. Lucky draw will be held as per the schedule of every month at  11 a.m. at our office premises. The incentive winner shall continue to pay the monthly installments till the end of the scheme period.
5. The installment should be paid on or before 9th of every month. Only such members should be entitled for the incentive.
6. Members who do not pay their monthly installment continuously for 3 months will be deleted from the scheme as per the company rule.
7. If the area is excess or less then the unit area, the difference in excess or less will be borne by the member or the company respectively.
8. The company will not be responsible for any act of nature or act of state.
9. If any revenue conversion charges are implemented by the Government, it will be borne by the member.
10. The registration charges including stamp duty and allied expenses will be borne by the menber.
11. All postal communication will be sent at the address mentioned in the application from. Member should keep the company informed of any changes in postal address.
12. The company reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any application received
13. Any kind of (TDS or Income Tax) will be borne by the member.
14. All legal matters come under Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
