3. 12 and 30 months schem members can chose a plot of their own choice.
4. The plots will be alloted to the member on completion of the scheme on draw basis.However, the facility of choosing a particular plot for 60 monthes schene members will be againest the advance payment advance payment of Rs.8000(for 30*40-1200 Sq.ft.) at the time of booking.
5.Corner plot bear an extra charge of 15% of the total cost. Road plot facing Goverment Road bear 100% additional cost.
6. Lucky draw will be held on last week of every month at 11a.m. at our office premises. The incentive winners shall continue to pay the monthly installments till the end of the scheme period.
7.The installment should be paid on or before 9th of every month. Only such members,will be entitled for the incentives.
8.members who do't pay their monthly installments continuously for 3 monthes will be deleted from the scheme as per the company rules.
9.If the area is excess or less then the unit area,the difference in cost will be borne by the member or the company respectively.
10.The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by any act of nature or act of state.
11.If any revenue conversion charges area implemented by the Government,it will be borne by the member.
12.The registration charges including stamp duty and allied expenses will be borne by the menber.
13.All postal communication will be sent at the address mentioned in the application from. Member should keep the company informed of any changes in postal address.
14.The company reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any application received.
15.Any kind of (TDS or Income Tax) will be borne by the member.
16.All legal matters come under Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
