draw basis. however,

5. Corner plot bear an extra charge of 15% of the total cost. Road plots facing

6. Lucy draw will be held as per the schedule on 11 A.M. at our office premises.
The incentive winners shall continue the monthly installments
till the end of the scheme period.

7. The installment should be paid on or before 9th of every month. Only such
members, will be entitled for the incentives.
8. Members who will not pay their monthly installments continous for the period
of three months will be delete from the scheme as per the company rules.
9. If the area is excess or less than the unit area, the difference in excess or
less will be borne by the member or the the company respectively.
10. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by any act of nature
or act of the state.
11. If any revenue conversion charges are implemented by the government, it will
be borne by the member.
12. The registration charges including stam duty and allied expences will be
borne by the member.
13. All postal communication will be sent at the address mentioned in the
application form members should keep informed of any changes in the postal
address.
14. The company Reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any aplication
recieved.
15. Any kind of TDS of income tax will be borne by the member.
16. All legal matters come under Bhubaneswar Juridiction only.
